Vetting and finding new contractors
Hello BP community! It seems quiet often that you hear stories of contractors running off with down payments, not pulling permits, not finishing work. What are some of the more effective means by which you vet new contractors? Furthermore have what trade groups or forums have you found reliable contractors from if not simply driving around to see active rehabs in a neighborhood?
