I would look to consider renting space to someone who has ambitions to to open a small grocery mart or a food truck to bring in additional revenue.

I was in a similar situation not too long ago, serving in the National Guard, juggling college, and a full-time job with the ambition to get started into real estate as building capital for the first property.

These things, to a large extent, really didn't end up mattering, next to the ability to figure out how to beat an unfair system and not be a chump stuck for forty years in a cubicle farm breathing all the building occupants' filtered farts all day long, with my greatest ambition being to get out of the cubicle farm and move twenty feet away into a perimeter office with a sorry little window that doesn't open, covered by cheap blinds that are never drawn.

It only adds to the excitement of my real estate investing ambitions.

He was truly born to make some boss rich and whine every day about it -- that was really his greatest life ambition other than winning the lottery (and of course this guy played every day).
