Hello Everyone!

I'm excited to finally be participating in the Bigger Pockets forum. I have been an avid reader of the forum for a while, and I love the various Bigger Pockets podcasts and YouTube videos. 

I came across Bigger Pockets while researching about financial independence. My ultimate goal is to generate enough passive income through rental properties that I'm able to quit my full time job. My boyfriend and I have been saving over the past year, and we plan to purchase our first investment property this summer. We have done a lot of research about real estate investing, but as we prepare to start making our first purchase, I realized I needed people to bounce ideas off of. And so, I finally bit the bullet and decided to join the conversation at Bigger Pockets. I am looking forward to our journey ahead, and I hope to absorb as much wisdom and insight as I can from the community here.
