Riverside and San Marco areas are always pumping out rentals that get scooped up real quick.

We've had clients with recent success in the surrounding area including Pasadena, Glen Burnie, and Laurel, to name a few.

While I would not recommenced going into Baltimore City due to high crime, population decline and high property taxes, there are a few affordable sub markets in the surrounding area, not far from you, which are supported by a stable and diverse employment base.If you look in Anne Arundel County in markets such as Glen Burnie, Ferndale and Pasadena, you will find opportunities.

I know of many nice ones in 32205, Riverside/Avondale.

This is just my opinion, but I feel it has everything that anyone could want, and very close to everything (the beach, downtown, riverside/avondale, San Marco, beaches, St John's town center to name a few things that you can get to all within 15+/- minutes!

While riverside looks well established,  there is evidence that it became that way through a wave of gentrification as some houses here and there look neglected,  but again all the construction shows that such properties are being rehabbed.
