Columbus Areas to buy Multifamily

Every investor, agent, or resident will have their own opinions on the neighborhood grades. I think B and B-/C+ neighborhoods are the best for long term buy and holds because they have stable cash flow and appreciation. Some people prefer the more C class neighborhoods for stronger cash flow and more exponential appreciation (which I don't think is sustainable long term but who knows as affordable housing becomes in such demand).
