The painter can't paint them.  

Now, let's try to understand some terms.Accountant - this is merely a name of one's line of work, similar to being called a painter or a teacher.

(Seems like the original painter cut the paint.) 

. - When you paint, have the painter also scrape the ceilings if you have popcorn/acoustic ceilings.- Brushed nickel fixtures (or something similar) - light fixtures, faucets, etc.- Brushed nickel knobs/handles (or something similar.)- If you have a couple bucks left in the budget, get new (and when I say new, I mean on sale/refurbished/wholesale) stainless steel appliances.

You must be a really slow painter if it takes you 20 hours to paint cabinets.

We have floor / tile installers ready, painters, electrician, etc, and just need a carpenter to be able to get started.

I buy a case of alex painters caulk and require all the trim strips get caulked.
