Hi
Does anyone know of a good "due dilligence" check list for buying single family up to four unit? I know I can probably piece my own together by using a "Rich Dad" type and paring it down, but maybe one of you already has one??

Thanks! And I'm happy to share the ones I've found if anyone is interested.
