Am I able to solicit "friends" on Facebook or LinkedIn or biggerpockets for that matter without risking SEC conflict.

@Joe Carrera I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I would recommend connecting with some of your local developers on LinkedIn and joining or attending some local REIA meetups.

I recently went to the assessors website, found the owners company name and did some research on the company to find the owners name then found them on Linked in and Facebook.

Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, and even Pinterest are all great options.

Yeah my software does as well. i mean MINE... as in I wrote it... additionally,users can  purchase DID's  (phone numbers)  for $3 +$1/mo  for use in their Text/VM broadcasting/robocalling campaings which conveniently, can be populated with names and data from my DB's which have over 200+million names/phones/emails/demographics/  social media user data, voter records, property info, deed data...etc  (all of which I have accumulated from providing scraped data, and append services for clients for a number of years)  total out right now at about 15GB  of Mysql DB's  check the google cloud image below....Obviously hooks up with both hubspot, as well as mautic.... as to allow for dragging in lead data directly to marketing automation, which works out well, when you when the lists that users buy.... from me... in my software,  already have FB/Twitter usernames, phones / emails / demographics / employer emails.. and da-da-da  ... linkedin account info.... as well as property tax data (which i do scrapes for free for users now...)   

We use SEO to get our website higher up on Google search, I write a blog associated with our website, I post articles and short posts relating to information sought after by our target market on LinkedIn, and as I’ve been able to build my LinkedIn connections of mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, note brokers, note investors and real estate investors to over 10,000, I sent out an email once every other month that in one way or another mentions exactly what we are looking for.  

@Larry Turowski we need to compare BP to Linkedin since it's a closer comparison LinkedIn has 313M users @ $28B market cap = $90 a userTherefore I'd put BP closer to $18M....wowGuys great work, love being part of this.

I've reached out to a lot of recruiters at healthcare staffing agencies on LinkedIn and on their site haven't had much luck over the past year either.
