Hey guys, Does anyone have any experience wholesaling commercial property? I know the fees are more than likely high. But can someone provide any insight and tips on wholesaling commercial and luxury especially if it's in Chicago.

The same way you wholesale houses, but you have to develop and market to the investors that want these type of properties. You can go to this website and place an ad in the appropriate area for this type of property. There are other websites you can do the same that cater to investors.
