The only downside is if I am driving a truck with ladder racks overnight... the neighborhood frowns upon work vehicles.

Having racked up plenty of "normal" consumer debt prior to wising up about personal finance, I can officially say that I'm totally over making debt payments on things (regardless of whether it is some form of installment (like a mortgage) or in full (like a credit card)) and despise the idea of hands being out for my money when I get paid.

It stresses my wife and us some when a house is done, most of our money is tied up and we are waiting to get paid (she is in Medical School racking up $400,000 in debt over the next few years and she CAN'T help with bills).

Let's say the house is worth $200K but their loan is $180K plus all the new foreclosure fees they are racking up, then I would walk away. 

The parents are placing an incredible burden and pressure on their kids and force them to rack up tons of student loans that they cannot get out of.

So a pump up sprayer and OdorBan from the box stores and we spray the old wooden sub floor a day or two before installing Allure to kill odor and sanitize it some.

And yea, I suppose there's just "news", but when it's my first, it's pretty nerve racking.

This business can be very hard and very nerve racking at times, but keep with it, meet the right people, take action correctly, be conservative with numbers, don't get emotional, listen to the numbers, etc...Good Luck!
