I currently work for a medical device company and I would love nothing more than to be able to quit my job and work full-time as a REI. 

I just set up the company and  came from medical device sales while my father has been in the mortgage industry for 35 years.

I drive all over southern CA (1,150 business miles last week), so do not have a good answer for traffic, other than using your navigation device or smart phone to watch the data from the Caltrans loops and trouble reports.

What are some devices/systems that you would recommend to mitigate/stop flood damage?

I will say that San Diego's economy is based on the defense, medical device, and semiconductor industries, all 3 of those industries are largely unscathed by this economic downturn we are seeing.

The reason the bank wants the Realtor to be involved is amongst other things a blame-shift device.

This is a really good way to genuinely start relationships that may prove invaluable to your success and quite literally can change your life for generations from the very device that you are reading this from.

You need to leave the sampling device in place for weeks or months then have it evaluated.

Those buldings also have their records online and you can search them one the same device you used to post on BP and get an answer in like 30min!

This little known legal device allows the potential buyer (you) to control the property while having no responsibilities for the property.
