Do you plan to attend the Investors Workshop on January 30? If you haven't heard of it, a couple from Utah put it on, and it starts at at 7:00pm at a hotel at 100 The City Dfrive South. If so, we may attend, and it would be nice to meet another OC investor. I've think I've already heard what most of those guys are doing, but $35 is cheap enough, and it is nice meeting other RE investors.
