New to BP from Santa Barbara,CA! Looking forward to the community

Hey All!

Just joined and heard a ton about the great community here on all sides of investments. I'm actually working with my Father to provide private money lending for REI and are really set on clarity, communication, and friendly service. I just set up the company and came from medical device sales while my father has been in the mortgage industry for 35 years. So basically, a dream come true after he's been coaching and teaching me for years. Maybe I'll stop getting the phone calls asking when we were gonna work on a project together.

Other than that, I'm just a normal guy originally from Massachusetts who moved to North Carolina for college and then ended up in California with my partner for her education. 

I look forward to being an active member of the community!
