v=vEMYR6HjPW0However, just 20 seconds into the video, a guy is talking about how much he loves living in his new house there and I see the all too familiar telltale signs of crime around the back entrance of his home where it looks like the door jamb was just replaced, the wall was just freshly mudded and a force entry deterrent was newly installed.Given that, the recent listing and selling prices in Pittsburgh seem outrageous to me.

I may be treading in muddy waters but I won't tread in the muddiest waters (pedophile) and then i will be cautious when if i should tread in the mud and do due diligence.would you agree that this may be a niche for a long term renter?

A broker buddy of mine would submit my bids for 1% commission, but on this one he wanted me to get it so I would have access to some MUD records as he had some legal issues with them.I used his formual and won the deal by about $1.65 (yes, that's ONE DOLLAR and SIXTY FIVE cents!).

However, being in Los Angeles, there are not many nearby markets that cashflow without exposing you to high crime rates, undesirable tenant populations, etc.

Obviously this is more costly than what anyone has to do in this forum but I obviously am more restricted based on my location.I'm fairly confident that I've bought with a reputable person but my worst nightmare is that I've bought in an undesirable area and can't rent it out or worse of all they trash the place.
