Cost is about $2400 to mask and spray the whole house with 2 coats.But I've just signed a new 1 year lease with a new tenant so I'm not feeling the ROI is there to have it restored with this clear rejuvenating sealant at this stage.  

Now the "issue" was they freshly painted the apartment when they showed it to me masking the cigarette smoke smell I was not aware of.

.- Go with ceramic tile floors instead of those peel and stick tiles which get ruined and look bad almost immediately.- Remove outside hose bibs.If you're really interested in all the things you can eliminate, pick up the "Section 8 Bible" books (not from Amazon but from the website).

I always keep my eyes peeled over there cause I'm in Medford and it'd be nice to have something close by but I'm just never able to find anything that's either in an area I like or where the numbers work.

As others have said though, setup, tear down and clean up as well as any masking and plastic eat up ALOT of time and may end up not saving you any time at all vs hand painting depending how much you are painting.
