I think some new pain plus maybe some more shutters (plus a better color) and window boxes along with some bark mulch, bushes and flowers should bring that house to life. 

They only used Invite style on my Birthday or at Christmas.

My wife got me a gift  card to drive a Lamborghini Gallardo for my last birthday, that was an exhilarating experience, even though I only got to drive two laps in a parking lot by myself, I was accompanied by a professional driver for the first lap. 

Im going to be buying my girlfriends son a handgun for his 21st birthday.

Just from a personal standpoint, my 77 year old mother received a colored small envelope (like it was a birthday card or something like it from a friend) with a handwritten printed font, that was pretty good with just a quick glance.

First off, today, May 14, is my mother's birthday.

I don't wait for retirement to plan big vacations or put things on a bucket list when I could do them today.My wife and I still plan as though we might live well past our 100th birthday, but we live day like it might be our last.
