Mike, that's much like any franchise, that they have money, not only to pay the fees but not go belly up casting a cloud over the blue sky, then they need to be excited and excitable, follow instructions and perform in the manner adopted by the franchise as a lose cannon can sink the ship. :)

I also build specs(actually my MONEY builds them) to keep the juices flowing in Texas and Utah and have posted several threads here on bigger pockets with the results.

With amazon and google teaching folks that they don’t need the belly to belly approach as much as in the past it opens markets and virtual investing like never before.  

Yea it loves its go go juice.

Bryan I don't drink so have a fresh Kale, cucumber and carrot juice on me at the health store down the street from the bar.

There are stressful times but overall we think the juice is worth the squeeze.

But every one of us bellys up to the trough to get the payments that affect us.
