Te Midwest and Southeast have seen much less price decline than that of the Southwest and Northwest regions of the US.

Professionally, my experience includes purchasing and operating everything from mobile home parks in the Southeast to retail centers and apartments in multiple locations to newly developed, luxury mid-rise multifamily buildings in the Pacific Northwest. 

Yes, I invest in the southeast.

The new plant would be located in southeast Austin, in the area of Lockhart.

Conversely growth you might opt to look into the southeast etc. #4   Inevitably there are great deals to be had in every market.   

But the Midwest/Southeast seems to be where I need to start--it's just unfortunate that that is like the one area that I have no connections.I really appreciate if you've read this far!
