Hi. I'm a RE newbie, and just looking to set some simple structure to my business as I begin to acquire investment properties. No better place than BP forums to speed up my learning curve. I live in Ann Arbor, MI. Does anyone happen to have an attorney recommendation for setting up an LLC, and additional legal questions surrounding rental properties, please?
