Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with buying a 'cubicle' of work space in a shared work space environment from an investment company?

The ability to customize the apps is one of the best features but you can also create external webforms that automatically the data upload to your CRM (without giving complete access to your crm/workspace).

Hi @Shawn Patel, I agree you definitely need more work space in the kitchen.

They are usually vibrant, mixed use, compact, walkable areas, they will have a lot of shops and restaurants/ live work space. 

To attract the business traveler market, I list my places for 30-day minimum and follow AirBnb’s simple guidelines for “business-ready” e.g. provide a workspace, hair dryer, coat hangers, etc.

I migrated my fix and flip operation and property management into workspaces designed to handle all.
