I am currently employed at a cheese company which i do enjoy, most of the time, but the work is hard on the body.

But to start I think it would have to a low introductory for the first ones because they have been burned by so many other that promise the moon and give only the cheese. 

I've heard of a "Hot Philly Sandwich" (cheese steak), i guess this is a "Hot DC Sandwich".

I remember thinking how great it was after I graduated and got a full time job and we could afford to buy cheese, lol.

Don't start doing backyard BBQs and watching their pets and bringing their kids to Chucky Cheese.

I love Wisconsin (and its cheese and beer) and hope to live there again one day.

Mold exists in a lot of places... even on edible cheese! 

My biggest pitfall was a combination of:a) Not knowing that the cheese could (or would) move, and then it did combined with b) Negative cash-flowI had a system going where I would buy/fix/rent and then do a cash-out refi, Was making great money this way, but picked up a little more negative cash-flow on each deal.

The lasted was a few months ago, I had a property under contract in West Texas and a storm made the vinyl siding look like swiss cheese and totaled the roof. 

I will either be having a martini with blue cheese stuffed olives with lunch, or iced tea ;-)These are the lots my partner and I want, the value is there at full price, but if I can get them cheaper obviously it's better for my bottom line.
