Hello all, I am a new member lead here from Brandon Turner's book "The book on Rental Property Investing".

My name is David Beske. I am currently employed at a cheese company which i do enjoy, most of the time, but the work is hard on the body. These leads me to pursue other income streams, where better to start then the internet for my research. I found Robert T. Kiyosaki on youtube who peaked my interests as well as Graham Stephan.  Graham recommended a few books to open your mind, so i decided that I had to start somewhere and that somewhere was Brandon's book.

I am from Fox Lake Wi, which me and my girlfriend purchased a house last year. That is about the extent of my real estate other then reading. I have work with construction and due tend to enjoy it so flipping houses to rent is definitely a interest.

A few of my goals

- own 1 rental property by the end of 2019

- make enough to be able to quit my job and still have money to travel

books i am working on reading

-the book on investing in real estate with no and low money down

-rich dad poor dad

-the book on rental property investing (finished)

-the little book on common sense investing

-the miracle morning
