Joshua Tree is definitely interesting selection - probably destined to be a very volatile rollercoaster market - trends toward big overheats and then big crashes after over-builds, people that can time the bottoms over a long time frame can probably succeed very well

So he’s more than happy to help me succeed.

To succeed, educate yourself on multi-family investing, network with professionals, and find properties through various channels.

Everyone wants you to succeed, but sketchy tools like this are a dime a dozen and seem to go bust after about a year.. however i am pretty sure i am responding to fake accounts anyway. 

Most don't know how to underwrite, choose a sponsor, or even what their goals are.I hope it's just part of the market cycle and the ones who want to succeed will spend some time learning the business.

However, one have to put in the work and the effort necessary to succeed. that goes for everything in life. 

The ones who have succeeded had a relative nearby in the area they were investing in, a child living in the home, or grew up in the area they invest in so they at least know it really well and know the difference between a good street and a bad one.
