Cashflow, ability to build a team, landlord tenant laws, price to rent ratio etc.......were all factors in the decision making process almost a decade ago.Now,  I wonder why your approach is an either or view?

I was to start assembling a team together and am looking for any recommendations of contractors that will offer a little bit more hand-holding, as I am still fairly new to this process. 

Additionally, I'm working with the RE Ally Property management team, who was able to find a tenant to rent at slightly above market rates without any vacancy.

My team works with a lot of OOS investors here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

I have friends in each spot and think they could help me build a great team.

You either end up doing it all yourself or need someone on your team that can do it. 

I picked a mentor and a team to follow and the rest worked out

I definitely plan on building a team in the market we select. 

I have a robust team of mortgage lenders, title companies and RE attorneys.
