Population growth, strong job growth, multisector industry/economy (Never invest in an area propped up by a single industry, or worse, a single company), landlord and business friendly, strong development, strong sports teams (even minor and farm teams), lower crime rates than national average, and good schools/colleges nearby.

The key is to build a well-rounded team where each member plays to their strengths and works together seamlessly to identify, analyze, acquire, operate, and raise capital for profitable multifamily investments.ConclusionMultifamily syndication is a team sport, and the most successful syndicators understand the importance of building a diverse and complementary team.

It’s heavy manufacturing, finance industry, health care, Tech Giant presence, 3 pro sports teams (and hopefully an MLB team), zero state income tax, and nearly 1100 companies have located to nashville in the last decade.

Also, figure out which sport you are going to play because you can make money with ANY REAL ESTATE Strategy...the niches are truly in the riches!
