I run a youth soccer business and we are in the process of purchasing a commercial property which we would like to convert into a soccer facility.

Its kind of like sports...when you find out what sport you like to play then you start learning how to play. find out if youre a soccer player (multifamily investor) or a basketball player (Fix&Flip).

It is just north of the Central Greens Soccer Fields, and a huge development by M/I homes that is single family, condos, and apartments. 

A few months ago, my daughter was playing soccer at a park in Palos Verdes California (fairly high-class community), someone broke into her car and stole her purse that was stuffed underneath the front seat. 

My personal life includes two kids, aspiring entrepreneurs / investors, soccer mom, traveling and cooking.

The park is still a great area, dog parts, soccer games, jogging trails...

It is an exciting business, and provides passive income, and a better lifestyle, giving me the flexibility to spend more time coaching my girls soccer teams, and doing fun things as a family.

The home is in an area that is not a vacation destination however there are large sports complexes nearby for kids baseball and soccer activities.

hello im pretty new at this page and trying to start  RE bussines. however i have no mentor and no friends who know about  real state. the purpose of this post is just to look for friends who can help me  maybe we can go grab some beers or go to a soccer or baseball game and talk about RE. maybe we can be parters or something like that no hurries no nothing  just hang out and talk ablout RE thanks
