The market is booming in both the business and real estate sectors.

RV parks are evaluated more like a regular business than most other real estate sectors.

Realize efficiency and growth by use of technology; form a group that operates together with monitoring this sectors progress over time.

That makes sense, I feel like I have seen alot of heat around the sector between GPs and LPs so that is great knowledge to know to avoid that in the future.

However, I think even these returns will get eaten up as more investors jump in and good operators demand more upside for themselves.Yes, a bad experience in this sector of investing can very much be tied to poor sponsor/syndicator selection or offering selection.

That's why we love the sector - Average rent/sf for Storage is $1.12, and Average Rent for Multi-family is $1.01.   

I know in florida that sector is exploding and we will no doubt overbuild it just like we do apartments in every cycle

The best areas to invest, in my opinion, are areas that have 3 or 4 major sectors that employ people.

I think the medical side that you have highlighted is very interesting because people forget what increasing population growth does to the healthcare and service sector.
