@Kenny OliverIf you plan on calling for a while you can find programs out there that scrub the DNC list.

You don't want to use abrasives like Comet or Soft Scrub on them. 

For example is is a Zillow listing data scrub or from the apartment owner surveys, etc.I love the report, but it would be helpful for me if there was a way to get more granularity.

Skip trace the owners, drive by the home to see if it is vacant & either contact them on on social media or door knock.. of course you can code call too.. but make you sure you scrub the numbers.

We do a thorough social media scrub and check employment and past LL references.

Then you spend a lot of time scrubbing the list or find a VA to do it.

Their tax amounts are usually pretty accurate, since they scrub public records, but insurance can be all over the place.

You did not get into real estate so you could scrub refrigerators (which I did for hours and ended up just buying a new one anyway because it was a lost cause).

I have a few thousand scrubbed numbers to get through and dialing by hand adds a lot of time to the task.
