I did not expect retirement to go the way is has but now I have plenty of time to go around scouting properties and doing residential design work that fits the kind of lots all around me and even around the world.

We have the team in place and are currently scouting for land that will support quadplexes. 

We're scouting out Boise partially for personal reasons, but I'd also like to find out more about the local investment market.

Any areas you would recommend scouting? 

@Santos Gloria I am going to scout some locations in the Pearland area tomorrow and will keep you all posted.

Depending on their response to that question, I reveal who I am or I pretend I'm just scouting the neighborhood for deals.
