My 2009 business cut back plan is simple...1- My lease ran out on my satellite office so I did not renew it SAVING $$6500.00 per year (rent, phones, internet, gas getting there)2- NOT buying a new or used car this year SAVING $$6,000.00 (in payments, interest & full coverage)3- NOT hiring anyone new this year SAVING $$27500.00 (but it keeps ALL the pressure on me)4- paid off almost all debt SAVING $12,000.00 in interest per year (commercial loans, high interest credit cards)5- Scaled back the cell phone plan SAVING $1200.00 per year6- NEGOTIATED with internet provider down from 65.00 per month TO $20!!!!

If the major "city" has a bad neighborhood, I look for a smaller satellite city within an hour's drive or two.

I own a satellite office that we have practice pay NNN lease to me and I own my wife’s building.

Not saying that will get you out of trouble but it will help as you're building your case if there is black mold. virtually every rehab homes has black mold in it.. .. we just spray it with Clorox and call it a day.. but I get it .. there are different kinds and I guess the wrong kind can make you sick.. boy you should see some of the homes we go into  IE hoarder homes they look like full blown petre dish's mold of every variety and they seem to be OK..

We’d like to have someone fix drywall, rehang shelf and replace tile the falling dishes chipped.

I used to sell satellite data transmission technology for a Fortune 200 corporation.

That is all of it from furniture to dishes to toilet paper.

Most never used cleaning products at all or ever felt the need to pick up their stuff or do dishes . 

So a banks not going to keep dishing out loans. 

I follow the core/satellite approach to portfolio diversification where the bulk is in very safe/conservative assets which allow a smaller satellite portion to be in riskier.
