Custodians are more for institutional investors and they charge a per file and sometimes per retrieval fee.  

So from what I gather, the best way to go about retrieving this info then, is to look up the last known address of the deceased and pull up the tax records for that address to see if I get match?

So I typed in "SMITH" into the last name field and the computer started searching for a very long time and finally retrieved information.This seemed quite ineffective to me, not to mention hanging out in that building wasn't too pleasant.

I could actually tell you how to calculate the taxes but, it would be too lengthy; however when you go on HCAD's website and retrieve the property information.

The goal is to retrieve your initial investment out of the property during a refinance. 

Turns out she had a sibling and a couple nieces several states away that wanted to retrieve her belongings.Once she's out, renovate and move on.

I have a friend who lives in Texas & I viewed several properties he's going to buy, took photos, and retrieved info from the seller for him since we are both local and he isn't.

To retrieve this data, I re-purposed a simple crawler I had written in the past and was able to pull into my original data-set all the interior features that Redfin tracks and whether or not each sold listing had each feature. 

I plan on deploying the signs on a Friday, late  in the afternoon and then retrieve them Sunday night, which I'm hoping will help me avoid a fine by the city/county.
