Heck, I'd say that advice would be down right reckless, deadly, and I dunno, maybe criminal.The point is this, the CDC is giving us deadly advice when it comes to the masks, and somehow we trust them to make the decision on a rent moratorium.But wait, it's not really the entire CDC organization is it?

I know them and respect them, but to think all criteria is met or not on paper only is reckless.  

If you take advice to be reckless from people with no experience, it is not reasonable to blame your loss on Bigger Pockets.

The pipeline of trailers coming into parks has practically dried up with the drastic reduction in single wides being produced. 10 years ago you could stock a park easily with the ample supply of cheap repos that were the result of reckless lending in the industry in the late 90's.

If the owner(s) recklessly borrowed and lost money, made business deals knowing the business couldn't pay the invoices, or otherwise acted recklessly or dishonestly, a court could find financial fraud was perpetrated and that the limited liability protection shouldn't apply.The company's creditors suffered an unjust cost.

I would actually like to take it a step further and say that getting a college degree without a "business plan" on how you are going to execute and use the degree is reckless and will yield a poor ROI.
