However, I want to make sure that if I decide to go with Carrot or Lead Propeller, that I am able to move my website (web name) to another hosting site, etc. if I am not happy with IC or LP.

The most successful management company's use management as a way to propel them towards more sales so if you love sales & can deal with the savagery it is overall a rather lucrative operation once you properly scale it out with multiple income sources.

Carrot probably completes more closely with Lead Propeller.
