Trucking is a profession that has always been open to the less academically inclined.

There is no best way that applies to everyone but there may be a best way forward for you depending on what you want out of your real estate profession.

A huge number of agents are part time and treat the job as just thatTo confirm this all you need to do is to take a look at how bad some of the listings are one or two pictures are no pictures at all mistaking the square footage of the house Mistating the square footage or acres of the property on and on and on it really is horrible for the rest of the agents who take this as a career in a profession and try their hardest every day

I am by profession an intellectual property lawyer and I have been living in Sweden, London and in the US (long story, but lots of commuting involved).  

I have been a entrepreneur my whole life and I am choosing Real Estate to be my profession. 

I don't know of any profession that has a greater attrition rate.

With my profession, I feel like it’s going to be difficult to be approved for Conventional financing.

I personally have, and continue to thrive off of repeat investors but I am always looking to grow my network of relationships.So for all of my wholesalers and investors out there~Legitimate Wholesalers- have any of you experienced this dilemma and what has your solution been to establish legitimacy in a time where our profession is being too loosely equated to the "get rich quick" mentality rather thanInvestors-What are some of the pain points that you have run into with wholesalers?

I recently was advised by my broker that in order to purchase an additional property in the future I had to pay down more debt (I have great credit, I work in the medical profession with great W2 income, etc etc).
