I do it for both and believe both are possible.At $800/month rent on a 2/1 the sustained maintenance/cap ex consumes too much of the rent. 

I completely understand all the financial calculations and models in the system and yes, it would have been fairly easy to build one myself, but very time consuming.  

BTW - AirBNB is a platform where you list your Short Term Rental.

I found my laundromat on BizBuySell, and I sold it through that site as well.I still absolutely think it’s worth networking with business brokers and doing direct outreach to business owners, but you don’t need to take listing sites off the table.If you’re sending out a lot of outreach messages on listing sites and you’re not hearing anything back, it may have more to do with you than the platform.

This is a new strategy and platform, so any question is a good one so that everyone can best understand the process.

Platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, or even tools provided by BiggerPockets can help.

If you did and had problems leave them a review with the Better Business Bureau, here and also contact the FTC Consumer Protection division.
