With mortgage interest rates on a recent downward trend, we have already experienced an uptick in mortgage activity since the slower pace in February, March and April 2024.

They are currently occupied with tenants until March 2025 and we are in due diligence reviewing the leases.

We are in a situation, we had sold SFH investment property in March 2024 and didn't buy anything and have about $100K in capital gains. 

Plan to pay this off around March, when we sell some other property. 

Is there a band-aid fix that you can do in the meantime that might stop the mold issues even if it doesn't address the foundation issues right away.If you are going to consider selling it at a loss the question doesn't become how much money did you lose on this deal but rather how much money can you make from the money you would be able to get out of the deal.
