Which is pretty good for me since my current business is pretty slow right now.Yes it is going to be tough juggling the new marriage and the rehab but I figure if we can get through this unscathed there aren't too many things that will be able to get between us.As far as other junk fees that realtors and title companies try to pass off as necessary, I'm not buying.

I watch young ladies in my office juggle 40 hours a week and kids and I think "No way can I, or do I want to do that!

I do take a closer look at the productivity of my employees when they are juggling a lot.  

Juggling kids, one being a newborn, working 60-80 hours per week and now buying your first rental property.

There will be a tone of information on this site and the internet in general that will be so overwhelming that you will get lost.So lost that you wouldn’t understand how investors are capable of juggling everything.Well, that’s just it… beginning investors DON’T juggle everything.They find their lane, master it, and then pick a new one.Your strategy can simply be dependent on how much money you want to make a month/deal in a certain time-frame.

Just be prepared for dealing with roommate/tenant issues while juggling your very demanding work schedule.
