Perhaps simply saying something like 'all pet owners are expected to follow their veterinarian's advice regarding immunizations and county animal control regulations.'

There are of course extra risks with renting to diplomats because they have diplomatic immunity and can't be taken to court or evicted.

And when you look back in a few years, does it really matter that it toke you a few weeks or even a few months longer, if your property worth $100s of thousands more and is a lot more immune to the economy's ups and downs.

To any Florida landlords, I am sure you know the over complex and ridiculous procedures you must follow to evict, claim a judgment, claim a writ of garnishment, and have laws that allow someone who owes you money to have virtual immunity from collections using various different methods.I can't do it alone and I'm sure you didn't get into the Real Estate or business of renting to have someone legally steal from you with impunity.
