And whats worse, if you're renting to Section 8 tenants, you, the landlord, will be penalized for them not keeping the kitchen clean, not cleaning the bathroom (mildew), for having clothes near ignition sources, for putting holes in the walls.

My concern is a while the used/auctioned car is parked in the garage, the risk of a spontaneous fire igniting in a car engine that may have been poorly maintained (ie. leaks etc.).

If “cleaning the igniter” fixed it, the door being open didn’t cause it to be dirty.If they were called out 2nd time for “no heat” that wasn’t caused by the garbage cans being near the pvc exhaust (there is zero chance they blocked them but you might want to have them altered so they can’t be blocked.)These are both on the landlord and so is the third time when it fails again as neither of these “fixes” fixed anything.
