I’ve been keeping an eye on the short-term rental market here in Indianapolis, and it’s definitely heating up!

I agree that keeping the goals fluid to adjust with the market is important.

We’re sick of the heat and want to live somewhere with 4 seasons!

They are being sued by multiple neighbors for neglect (a broken refrigerator being left broken for weeks, black mold that was in apartments upon move in for new tenants, no heat or air conditioning in units for MONTHS) I suppose Home365 didn’t have an address set up for their bills either, we were actually getting their trash removal bill in our mailbox.

Since the HVAC includes heating, I also needed to pay for a heat pump permit, bringing the total to $290.I scheduled a virtual inspection for this morning.

How are the foundation walls, basement/crawlspace framing, HVAC/heating & cooling, roof, windows, elec.?

Here are some specific questions i have:1. are there certain locations where revenues may be impacted by seasonal weather changes, like for example heavy rainfall for 1 out of 3-4 months will drop revenue significantly, or excessive heat/cold for seasons will bring significantly less customers?

Is a solar pool heating system a wise investment?
