At this point you should be several pages in (increase font size if needed and add in some relevant pictures - don't go all text).

And, there are some weird tidbits, like the notice you have to give a tenant of a Manufactured Home is different than a site built....like the requirements for the font size for an Option contract....random stuff that could save you lots of headaches!

@Sean Sloop - yes almost all HML (all that I know) will not allow on owner occupy and I know my lender makes me sign a specific document in like size 48-font stating I, and none of my family members will occupy this property.
