It’s better to have less rooms and to have them large enough to comfortably fit a queen bed.

I made the same recommendation, if they were to dip into EC from OOS, that would be the only place that would potentially fit their buy box.

After rehabbing, we expect these homes to rent out for about $1,300 per month.Neighborhoods in west Birmingham—like Forestville, Adamsville, and Pleasant Grove—could also fit your criteria.

Set up a few calls and see who is a better fit for you. 

We are looking to buy a condo in Chicago as the new rental, for a variety of reasons, but most importantly because it would rent better in the city, and it fits our desired price point (so we can allow for the rest of $$ from the sale for paying off their Oregon home and pay all, or some of the taxes on the boot). 

Also, I recommend someone follow a company/person/business on social media for a few months and see if they would be a good fit.   

@Mike Donovan I would recommend finding a local insurance broker to get the best rate to fit your needs.  

I am not quite sure what category I fit into since I’m not a completely foreign investor, but I also don’t have a W2 or current residency in the US.Curious if any Lenders here have advice on how to seek financing.

ya or older semi retired attorney might be a good fit.. low stress get paid.
