Tim Johnson Keeping the druggie money

After further consideration, I was pleased to remember that this is a forum for rational and responsible people, not those it-should-be-illegal-to-offend-me folks. My "crime free" lease addendum includes provisions allowing an eviction over suspicion of criminal activity, so I agree with @Chase Gochnauerthat the intent is to deal with disturbances, not provide for a penalty.

Aleko Petkov Does an older house need to be rewired?
23 January 2016 | 10 replies
hello, aleko. i am a home inspector from the western new york area. the old cloth, 2 wire wiring is kind of dangerous, in my opinion. as stated earlier, the cloth gets brittle and can crumble with the slightest of touch. with rehabbing the place, you are going to disturb it, for sure. then, you have exposed wiring. fire hazzard. not to mention, a lot of this old wiring is made of aluminum, not copper, therefore, the heat it will carry without fail is far lesser that the copper type wiring. if you have an overload somehow, and the breaker doesn't trip, you are going to have a fire. the gfi's have to be grounded, thats the whole idea of a gfi. the g stands for GROUND. with the two wire system you have, where is the ground????

If I HAD found human remains or a torture chamber I probably would have titled the post "Human remains found during inspection" or "Torture Chamber, Duplex" In my opinion, the above is disturbing.. not creepy. The possibility of taking a shower and having someone peeping through a hole in the ceiling is creepy in my opinion.
