So i devoted the next 3 months to reading, and uncovering knowledge as if my life depended on it, and it sort of did.

Since I have a full time job, I can only devote 1 1/2 days per week to working on the triplex.

I mean its 2015, doesn't seem like their are many new individual wholesalers left, maybe that might be a good thing but what i don't know is, before i put the amount of time i am about to devote towards finding distressed houses, filing lease options, assigning contracts, etc... is there still business out there to be done.

I'm a military wife, and our little honey just started kindergarten, and she wants me pretty active at her school, so I can't devote myself to this full time just yet, but I'm uber excited to get my feet wet!

I devote all the time needed to the rentals, and my tenants presently like me, so I guess that's good.
