I have watched the show for years.I am a real estate broker so get a kick out of watching it and take it for what it is which is funny TV.Chad is no longer with his girlfriend and has full custody of Starla the dog.He might make a cameo appearance this season. The new guy seems more professional.Nobody wants that biggest house on the street. From an investment standpoint it will never appreciate well.It would be much better to own a 10,000 sq ft home in an area with 7,000 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft homes.Middle buying price range and good appreciation.Madison seems like he is getting burnt out this year from real estate.
