The amount of dust and fibers and just plain YUK that's being kicked into the air is annoying, particularly as I'm finding it in my fresh paint now and it's really pissing me off.

You only get close to $600 for vinyl shakes and fiber cement or wood painted how ere detailed trim can add to the cost especially for Azek or equivalent.I would check your numbers.

If it's drywall/plaster construction and the wall cavity is open at the top (and accessible from the attic), you could fill the void with cellulose insulation (such as Green Fiber - available at any Lowe's or Home Depot) from above.Even if it's not accessible from the attic, you could easily cut a small opening near the top of the wall (maybe a few depending on the span and the stud spacing), fill it up with insulation, and then patch & paint the hole(s) you made.

I also noticed that the pop corn popping pot she used was then washed in the dishwasher, so that became caked in a heavy oil residue.

The general idea is to renovate the kitchen with new cabinet & counter top; Update all the restrooms; patch up all walls; remove pop-corn ceiling, repaint whole house; re-sand and re-stain all the hardwood floor; some plumbing work; install can lights in all rooms; move some lighting fixtures; add/move switches and wire for Ethernet.

They are university students who seem happiest about the fact that fiber-optic internet service is included, my basement laundry machines aren't coin-operated, and that I agreed not to show the apartment to new applicants in the last month of the lease when they're taking their finals.My advice is to get into as many apartments and homes on offer in the area and actually look at what's available before you set a price for your rental property.

We live on a couple acres with plenty of room to do a bit of farming.I've got several Deere's already, I'd need a little stockpile of fuel and a nice selection of seeds and I'm in business.If the economy really goes to pieces and things start really going down hill, I'm pretty sure I could trade potatoes or corn for Gold or Silver all day long (not that I would though).Food, Water and Ammo would be King, no contest.
