You may also have to replace the evaporator coils (A-coil) inside of the furnace, assuming that the units were using R-22 freon.

I am a new bird dog that got an inquiry from a mobile home seller in South Lyhon, Michigan.It is a 16x78 3br 2bath 1994 dutch in storage.Has hitch and axles needs tires for transportIt had a tree branch fall on the rear over the bathroom and damaged a 6-8 foot section has plywood on it and screwed on with plasticthe bathroom needs to be remodeled due to water damage in rear needs minor drywall and little repairs.Has a.c. coil in furnace and belongs to the owner.

Because a tenant's solution to any little problem is to buy a new one.I can't even tell you how many times a tenant has told me that something has to be replaced, and I go over there and press a reset button or reset a circuit breaker and the thing works perfectly.On an electric oven, the most likely failure is a heat coil, $30 at the very most, and 1-5 minutes to install the new one.On a gas oven it isn't likely to be anything but a blocked orifice or a bad thermo-couple (What?
