Finding ANYONE right now, and I'm including guys with ankle bracelets who have to knock off at 4 to get back home by 5:30 pm to comply with the terms of their house arrest, is almost impossible.

The Mr. was arrested over the weekend on a Domestic Violence and a possession of a controlled substance charge.

According to what my state has writen the person would become a tresspasser and can be arrested if they refuse to leave if I should givee them notice.

The police said it happens a lot in Helen and they got them back to their cabin (no arrest). 

I don't know how small claims works in TX, but when I had to chase a deadbeat for unpaid commission in Mass, he kept failing to show for hearings.I was finally able to present my case and evidence to the Magistrate who said I could have both a capias (civil arrest, where the defendant is forcibly brought to court) and an execution (sheriff or constable can seize assets and sell them to satisfy the judgement).What finally got me paid was when I gave him a hard deadline and told him that if I wasn't paid in full by X date at Y time, I was going to have his WIFE (also a named defendant) civilly arrested at work.As you might suspect, that got the deadbeat moving very quickly and yes, I was paid in full.

Police arrested the tenant within minutes.

Any caught entering/living there can be arrested for trespassing....

But if not, or if my tenant keeps bringing him over, I'll need to get them both out asap.A few extra details:- This is an inherited tenant on a month to month lease- The abuser was living with the victim but was not on the lease- Abuse happened on the property, victim was hospitalized, and abuser was arrested- Tenant is section 8Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
