Just make sure it is sealed probably and if you do have a stain, just use a baking soda pumice recipe and cover with plastic wrap overnight and then wipe up in the morning.

I just want feedback on what they like the best or what they have found that is simply a calorie burner.I completely agree that your market will dictate what is successful which is why I believe there is no right or wrong answer.

In larger non-recourse debt placements, lenders typically require you to form a single-purpose LLC to own the real estate and be the borrower, so again all of the calories burned on trying to establish corporate credit is for naught as this newly formed entity will not have benefitted from that previous work.As for your other questions, in a 1031 the taxpayer buying and selling need to be the same.

Even after explaining that we have black carts for regular trash, green carts for yard waste, blue carts for recycle (paper, glass, aluminum), the good ones would throw burger wrappers into the yard waste carts, put soda cans and bottle water into the regular waste carts, and put caulk tubes, left over 2X4s, and an entire ceiling fan into the recycle carts.

In random visits, while redoing the kitchen I find that they leave their trash on the floor, soda spill on new cabinents, paper towel in the toilet and the kid is smoking weed in the house.Is it fair that i check my unit at least 2x a month with a 24-hour notice?
