Having a large dog, that I have to lift into the bathtub for a bath, it's something that would make a place very attractive to me and would likely let me overlook some other things.

That is one I'll want to think about taking care of as any moisture indoors is bad bad bad.I too have some concerns with my bathtub/shower.

You have to accept that when the tenants call and say "the toilet is backing up into the bathtub" you have no choice but to deal with it ASAP.

I hated the heat, though, so that (and the crickets in my bathtub) is definitely something I don't miss!

Now, I have seen my share of destruction from angry home owners who wanted to stick it to the banks who foreclosed on them.Broken windows, smashed tiles, cracked bathtubs and toilets, sprayed painted kitchen cabinets, ruptured copper pipes, poured concrete down toilets and bathtub drains.

We figured since we couldn't fit a bath tub in that master bath that we would try to make it feel more spa like in other ways and that's what I came up with.

Which is to fix a slow draining bathtub.

So right off the bad there's a business model mis match.Turn key folks won't pull out dated kitchens and often even leave the counter tops, old toilets and bath tubs.
